We own and operate our own buildings. We have been a landlord on the South Hill in Spokane for 35 years ever since George was a student in Pharmacy School at WSU. We have learned in all of that time that if we provide one of the cleanest and nicest apartments in a good neighborhood we will attract the best quality tenants. This makes everyone happier and the apartments more manageable. Our tenants generally rent with us a longer period of time and refer their friends to us because we try to create a better quality of life for them. Smoking is not permitted in our buildings. No parties and or loud music. No dogs or cats are permitted. We do background checks. We pay water, sewer and garbage. All of our buildings are lighted at night and are security buildings.
